How do I get started?
Create an account, subscribe at getcrnch.com, then open the app and connect your cards through Plaid or add them manually. Crnch builds your payment plan in seconds.
How does Crnch connect to my cards?
Bank connections are powered by Plaid — the same infrastructure used by Venmo, Robinhood, and thousands of other financial apps. Your bank credentials are entered directly with Plaid and are never seen or stored by Crnch. You can also add cards manually if you prefer not to link an account.
What does Crnch actually do with my data?
Crnch reads your card balances, limits, and statement dates to build your payment plan and calculate utilization. We never sell your data, never run ads, and never share it with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How is my subscription billed?
Crnch is a subscription managed through our website and billed via Stripe. You can view or change your plan any time from getcrnch.com/subscribe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription any time from the billing portal linked on getcrnch.com/subscribe, or email us and we'll take care of it. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your Crnch account and associated data. You can also email us to request deletion. We remove your data within 30 days.
Is my data secure?
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+), authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain, and financial data is stored on encrypted servers. Crnch never stores your full card numbers, bank login credentials, or transaction history.
